Description

Immediately before entering the "old town" in Puerto del Carmen this beautiful house is located in the exclusive resort of Los Mojones. It is relatively rare to find a quiet neighborhood in the charming resort of Puerto del Carmen, but that is what we can guarantee you here. You have got your home and garden of your own, protected from the gaze of others and far away from traffic noise and large crowds. Nevertheless, any spot in the village is reachable from here on foot. Whether you are shopping or dining, passing time at the entertainment centres near the beach during day or night, or if you are spending a lazy day at the beach of the atlantic ocean: You will have a perfect holiday.

The house was renovated in June 2011 and when you step in, you will notice immediately how much attention was paid to every detail. For the entracne the facade of wood and glass was preserved and restored. It exudes a special charm in the modern and luxurious furnishing. When you cross this facade, you are directly entering the living-room, which contains a leather sofa, a home entertainment system and an oversized mirror on the wall for instance. The living room adjoins the kitchen, where you will find as well a dishwasher and a washing machine. All units are new and of high quality. The other side of the living room leads to the two bedrooms. In these bedrooms you will recognize again the perfectly matched color combinations, and certainly you will feel at home straight away. Each bedroom has a separate bathroom with a shower. In addition, each bedroom has a door to a communal terrace and the garden. The amazing garden is designed in an elaborate Canarian style with a touch of Chinese art.

Opposite the entrance you have got the opportunity to enjoy the sunshine and relax on a wood terrace with pergola or to cool off in the large pool. The pool and the terrace is integrated into a high plateau, but completely protected from prying eyes. There is moreover a small chance to see the atlantic ocean. The pool is heated, so that is usable 365 days a year.

If you want to explore the island with a private car: You have parking opportunity belonging to the house in front of it.
