You are not far from the sea, neither from a supermarket and shops nor from nice restaurants and bars, but you are not affected by noise at night. In this way, you do not need a car, but if you want to explore the island, a car is of course necessary.

Description

The Old Town of Puerto del Carmen exudes its own charm in this growing holiday resort. The expansion of this resort has mainly taken place to the east, so that the centres of tourism activity are not at your front door and you can spend time on a quiet holiday. Anyway, they are not far away. In your neighborhood you will encounter many residents and returning tourists. The Lago Verde apartment complex is one of the oldest in Puerto del Carmen. It is located on a hillside and it is always very well maintained. Especially the old palm trees are beautiful. You look from your apartment onto the harbor, and further onto the Atlantic. This panorama can be perfectly enjoyed from the spacious, fully covered and wind-free balcony.

The entrance to the apartment is almost at street level, so that you do not have to overcome many levels. You will also enter it directly, without having to open any other doors of the complex. The communal area of the apartment complex is accessible from two sides. The area is protected from the gaze of others and offers a nice place to relax. Around the pool, which is heated in winter, you will find an inviting terrace with plenty of sun beds and a cozy bar with a wonderful view to the ocean.

The apartment itself has been completely renovated in July 2011. The owners, who are also on holiday in their apartment, have lovingly created a beautiful and comfortable vacation home. Even a second bathroom was built and also a dishwasher was integrated, which promises relaxation in the kitchen as well. To not deliver the available space, a washing machine is not in here. However, you will find coin-operated washing machine in the apartment complex.

The apartment includes an Internet-stick that you can use on holiday. Cost of this is 10.00 €/week (flatrate). In the complex there is a satellite TV system which receives a large number of german, english and spanish programs.
