Description

Nazareth is a small village in the middle of Lanzarote. Nevertheless, it is possible from here to see the ocean. From the terrace, and above all from the balcony you have a beautiful panoramic view. Looking at the south you will overlook the capital of Arrecife and furtheron to the Atlantic. To go there, however, you will need a car. In all other directions of view, there is typical island volcanic environment of land and mountains. You are not far away from the famous Omar Sharif House Lago Mar, which lies embedded at Nazareth red rocks.

The house is situated on a side street and it is very quiet. Nazareth itself is also not at all a turbulent spot, but rather it is characterized by equanimity. But here you get everything you need for your holiday. The design of the house is minimalistic influenced and characterized by a rectilinear and rectangular design. The style is very modern. The thus developed living space and amenities are spacious and leave nothing to be desired.

The open living room counts with a home entertainment system with satellite and large Plasma TV. Just next to it you will find the kitchen, which offers a dishwasher, washing machine and a dryer. Telephone and broadband internet are already installed, so that the existing open plan office can be fully exploited. Also in the basement, there are two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. From one of the bedrooms and also from the living area, a patio door opens directly into the pool. This is part of the large terrace, which offers as well a spacious and inviting pergola to hang around in full shade, to enjoy a nice barbecue and to be protected from any wind.

In the upper floor you will find an impressive gallery, which allows parents of small children, for example, easily to monitor the sleep of children on the ground floor. The open design and the numerous windows are flooding the room with brightness and already from the bed you can enjoy the view. The adjoining bathroom has been designed to be very comfortable and modern. The upper floor is complemented by the spacious balcony on the south side of the house, from which you will surely enjoy the panorama.

All bedrooms and living area are equipped with air conditioning, to heat and to cool down. This house offers a chance for a real break and time to simply unwind of your work.

Taking a car you will reach the beautiful beaches of Famara in max. 15 minutes.
