Description
The villa is lying in Guatiza on 350 meters above sea level and offers among many other highlights a uniquely beautiful restored courtyard. The 4 x 6-foot solar-heated pool is absolutely protected from view by third parties and from the wind. The beautiful olive tree gives a mediterranean flair. The rustic and spacious, covered seating area is located near the pool and protects you well against some possible wind.
The living space which spreads out over 280 square metres is very well proportioned. The villa counts as well with a wonderful large kitchen with excellent equipment. Especially the professional stove should be pointed out as it will even fulfil the highest demands. The dining area with comfortable chairs and a beautiful table follows on directly. The living room is cozy, anywhere here you can light candles in the evenings.
The house is wonderful for two couples traveling together, since there are two very large, individually decorated bedrooms, each with a beautiful, large bathroom en-suite. In another room you will find a comfortable sofa bed for accompanying children.
The gym, which also has a sauna, is equipped with the modern training equipment and as it is located right by the pool, you can jump directly after the physical effort into the cool water. front of the house there is a beautiful wooden deck, also you will always find a shady spot under the trees and the sunset can be enjoyed here.
