Description
The luxurious Villa Casa Estaño is located in a residential area above the Old Port of Puerto del Carmen. The terrace is very private and protected by a lush garden with views. The pool is heated and has on arrival the agreed desired temperature (additional charge).
High-quality editions of the garden furniture, ample equipment with good towels for bathrooms and swimming pool, fine cuisine including extensive equipment round off your stay at this beautiful house. A good stereo system with extensive music selection is also at your disposal such as sun protection sails on the covered terrace which can serve as well as protection from wind. This house is ideal for those who really want to live outside the hustle and bustle of a holiday resort, but at the time won't miss the convenience of the short walk to restaurants and bars.
The house is situated above the Old Port in a very quiet, yet central residential area. The water is only a few meters away and over newly constructed stairs you will reach in less than a 10 minutes walk the old port with its numerous restaurants and bars. From the terrace you have a wonderful view over the Atlantic to Fuerteventura.
There are very high quality cushions on the garden chairs and loungers available. Furthermore, each person has 2 large pool towels available. Beach towels are also provided.
The upper floor has a large roof terrace (60 m²) with a breathtaking panoramic view. In the small, second living room a bed for a child is available. Allocation possible up to a maximum of 6 adults and one child.

The pool can be heated electrically, plus 70,00 €/week - Please order at time of booking, then the pool has been the right temparature when you arrive.
