The detached holiday cottage Casa de La Asomada, built in the typical style of the Island, offers three bedrooms, two bathrooms and a wind sheltered courtyard. Enjoy the view across the valley and the Atlantic Ocean. The building has been completely restored (except for the kitchen) and we paid great attention to colours, quality and light. This is your perfect hideaway to relax and unwind. Perfect for groups too as two more guests can sleep on the fold-out sofa in the living room. The cottage is also equipped with WiFi.

Description
Two of the three bedrooms are equipped with 150 x 190 cm double beds; there are two twin beds, each 90 x 190 cm, in the third bedroom. The sofa can be converted into a 140 x 200 cm sofa bed.
The two bathrooms are shower baths; a washing machine is also available.
A bonus is the beautiful patio, which is a sun trap from lunchtime until the sun disappears behind the mountain. A place in the shade can always be found thanks to a small awning. The patio is very secluded and offers therefore plenty of privacy.
The house is very spacious (approx. 120 qm) and can accommodate two families due to its two bathrooms.
The kitchen will be completely renovated within the next few months. A dishwasher and oven will be added and the ceran hob will remain.
Whether you are planning a visit to Teguise, Famara, El Golfo or to the beach in Puerto del Carmen - everything is only a short distance away from La Asomada and you are getting everywhere very quickly by using a car. There is a small supermarket and a typical Canary tapas bar in the village, both only a short walk away.
There is also a very reliable bus service with buses running to Tias and Puerto del Carmen every hour. A car is therefore not really necessary.
You can order your fresh bread rolls from the baker's in the neighbouring village. Delivery is always just before 9 am - mondays until saturdays. There is no delivery on sundays but you can order double the amount of bread rolls for your Saturday delivery.
The new golf course just above Puerto del Carmen opened in 2008 and is only 10 minutes away from the property. The longer existing golf course in Costa Teguise can be reached within 20 Minuten.
Rates:
The rates refer to 2 persons sharing; a charge of 10,00 €/night applies for each additional adult, children up to the age of 14 5,00 €/night. There are no further charges.
