Fantastic location and great equipment is probably the abstract for this small, neat apartment with one bedroom in the old port area of Puerto del Carmen.
The apartment has been renovated from the ground, even a whirlpool bath invites you in the bath. The balcony is small, but the view is wonderful and in only 5 minutes you walk to the water. The apartment has its own private, shaded parking place.

Description
The apartment is located in one of the old-established complexes close to the Old Port. The view from your balcony, where you are almost undisturbed, goes up to the Old Port, across the sea to Fuerteventura. Within the complex you are so far away from the pool that noise if there was wouldn’t disturb you at all.
By the pool there is a small, family-run bar, so that even a drink at the swimming pool is no problem. Also from the entire pool area you have a beautiful view of the sea to the neighboring island. The manager of the complex have even planted a small herb garden from which you can take for your own use.
The parking lot belonging to the apartment is located slightly below, so it’s easier for purchases to stop directly at the side entrance of the complex to unload everything and move away the car after that. Coming from the old port some steps must be climbed on the plot. From the side entrance, it is only a few stairs to your apartment.
Satellite TV with some German, English and Spanish programs and also a small music system are available.
The kitchen is fully equipped, and even oven, large freezer and washing machine aren’t missing. In the bathroom you are sure to spend one or two hours, since a large whirlpool tub is available. In this home beach towels and bathrobes are included with the basic equipment.
