It's located just above the roofs of the houses in the front, it is located in the sixth series of the sea, so you can see the Atlantic Ocean without having something to do with the bustle of the beach road. Within 5 minutes you are there, if you do like to go to the beach. The apartment is spacious, has two bedrooms, a terrace and a large wraparound balcony with outdoor shower.

Description

Here you can also opt for a longer stay. The apartment is cozy and bright. The master bedroom has two single beds, a dresser mirror and a small desk - with sea views - and a very large closet. The second bedroom is much smaller, but also equipped with two beds of 2m length. In the kitchen, nothing is missing, the equipment is comprehensive. A washing machine is available as well as a nice place to dry clothes outside on the rear balcony. The bathroom is small, but like all other rooms with windows and set up very convenient.

A special highlight is definitely the wind-protected and for the most part covered terrace. Here you can relax and enjoy all meals outside without being disturbed by surrounding apartments and views. The apartment is arounded by a narrow balcony which is equipped with lush plants and attached to its end you will find an outdoor shower, so that you can jump directly from the beach under the shower.

German and some english TV channels are of course available as well there a music system, so you can bring your favorite music for the holidays.

In the surroundings you find numerous restaurants, bars and a supermarket is not far. The sandy beach of Puerto del Carmen is located virtually on your doorstep: at a maximum of 5 minutes on foot you have already reached the stairs leading down to the beach.
A car can be parked in the street outside the apartment. An ideal apartment for being close to the sea and the restaurants and the nightlife but connected with absolute calm.
